Lovely hotel based on the seafront, the hotel has a complimentary bus to Playa de las Americas which was really useful and saved on Taxi fares. The hotel is not far from the airport and was well known by the transfer company who collected us. The food was very good and plentiful, the poolside snack bar was my favourite and the kids seemed to enjoy it. The swimming pools are both saltwater but after a couple of days in the sun it does not bother you, especially as they have a great jacuzzi to relax in. Have already booked up for 2009, looking forward to anther totally relaxing holiday.

First time to a Rui Hotel. Hotel first class. Food excellent, also very clean.
Grounds of the hotel well laid out, also excellent size swimming pools. All the staff were excellent at the hotel and made you feel special. We went to celebrate my 60th birthday which will be one to remember. Already booked a Rui Hotel in Madeira for the end of August and cannot wait.
